Seoul Women’s University

Seoul Women's University was founded in 1961 by the Presbyterian Church of Korea. Even though the university has a religious background, it does not require or force students to change their religion.
Description
As of 2024, the university has 7,000 students, nearly 600 of whom are foreign students.

The university gives priority to international students. International students are the first to apply for on-campus dormitory accommodation. They are the first to register for classes.

The university also has a SWU Friend Programme: the programme provides an opportunity to interact with Korean students in a friendly atmosphere during the 1st semester after admission.
